Terms & Conditions — ak4 Platform Rules and Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the ak4 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible via https://ak4.onl.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses an ak4 account.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT funds held in a User's ak4 wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited by ak4 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to any balance deposited directly by the User via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other supported payment methods.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" refers to any territory or country in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

To open an ak4 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ak4 strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an ak4 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a resident of or currently located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• All registration information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and truthful.

ak4 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or the closure of the account.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform at any time. If a User is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — ak4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your username and password strictly confidential. ak4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ak4 support. Real Money Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. ak4 currently supports deposits and withdrawals in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be added or removed at ak4's discretion. All transactions must be conducted in the name of the registered account holder.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's payment page and may be updated from time to time. ak4 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts where fraud, money laundering concerns, or account verification requirements dictate.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Platform's current processing schedule, which is displayed on the payment information page. ak4 endeavours to complete verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may be extended where additional identity or payment verification is required.

4.4 Currency. All balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

From time to time, ak4 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. ak4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, each bonus offer is limited to one claim per User, household, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ak4 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors in connection with a bonus will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and BPL season — are subject to their own individual terms published at the time of each campaign.

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. ak4 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where explicitly provided for in the rules of the relevant game or market.

6.2 Void Bets. ak4 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a system error, incorrect odds publication, match irregularities, or any other circumstance that renders the bet manifestly unfair to either party. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account balance.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets. The availability of sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers cricket, and international football — is subject to change. Markets may be suspended or closed at any time at ak4's discretion, including in response to in-play developments or data feed disruptions.

6.4 Casino Games. All casino games available on the Platform — including live casino tables, slots, and crash games — are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. ak4 does not control or influence game outcomes.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. ak4 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits are specified on the relevant game or market pages and may be updated from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak4 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to defraud ak4 or any other User through collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment method to access the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at ak4 staff or other Users.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or display errors to gain credits, winnings, or any unfair benefit.

All content on the ak4 Platform — including but not limited to the ak4 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game assets supplied by third-party providers — is protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the express written consent of ak4 is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or delays in transaction processing.

ak4 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond ak4's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. ak4 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any such disruptions.

ak4 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ak4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ak4 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
